Maggie Heim (Founder and CEO) With a research PhD in Psychology and a JD from UCLA, Maggie Heim has unique experience to oversee this website. Her scientific research background and 30 years of practicing law give her a special insight into providing accurate and useful information.
Katie Hoffman (COO): As Chief Operating Officer, Katie Hoffman manages HKASA organizational development strategy and business operations. Katie graduated summa cum laude from UC Berkeley with degrees in history and environmental studies. With more than seven years of non-profit management and development experience, Katie is dedicated to growing organizations that address issues at the intersection of health, equity and ecology.
